Every piece of our furniture is made to order, just for you.  When placing an order, a 50% non-refundable deposit, along with your “sign-off” on any changes from “as shown” must be received before production begins.

Within VA/NC/SC, upon completion of the project and receipt of final payment the furniture is shipped blanket wrapped FOB High Point, North Carolina.

Outside of the above geographic area, upon completion of the project and receipt of final payment the furniture is shipped crated or blanket wrapped FOB High Point, North Carolina, according to your instructions. A $150 up charge per item applies to all crated shipments.

Barring defective materials, all sales are final.
